Liver Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. liver
1/4 lb. salt pork
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Fry pork, remove from pan, add liver.
Sear on both sides. Grind pork and liver.
Pour water over cracker crumbs and combine all ingredients.
Dot with butter and bake (375\u00b0) for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
