Prosciutto And Pea Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream
6 sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 shallot, chopped
2 oz. Prosciutto, minced
1 c. green peas (fresh or frozen)
salt and white pepper to taste
8 oz. penne or radiatore pasta
grated cheese
Preparation

Place cream in small saucepan and cook until it thickens and reduces by a third (10 minutes).
In skillet, heat oil and saute shallot (1 minute).
Add Prosciutto and cook 1 minute or longer. Add cream, sun-dried tomatoes and peas.
Cook 2 minutes or longer. Season with salt and pepper.
