Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (red or pink)
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut up (optional)
    12 to 15 saltines, crushed
Preparation
    Remove bones from salmon.
    Add rest of ingredients in order given.
    Add enough milk to make mixture soupy.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole; top with pats of margarine.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
