Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice with herbs (not cooked)
2 c. water
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 large onion, browned
1 can water chestnuts, sliced in juice
2 small cans mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup (regular size)
Preparation

Brown
sausage\tand
onion and drain
grease.
Add
all ingredients into a small casserole dish and mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
