Ingredients

1 pkg. Betty Crocker German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. oil or margarine
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
nuts

Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
