Tempeh Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 oz. white wave Tempeh, cut into small cubes
    1 large onion, diced
    2 green peppers, diced
    oil for sauteing
    2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Saute tempeh, onion and green pepper in oil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add all remaining ingredients and simmer together for 30 minutes or more.
