Pork Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
4 c. hot cooked rice
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
2 or 3 c. cooked, diced pork
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
-
To hot cooked rice, add all ingredients except pork.
Layer rice mixture and pork.
Put crumbs over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot throughout.
