Brussels Sprouts Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh brussel sprouts
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. cracked whole black peppers
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Halve
    any
    large
    Brussels sprouts.
    In
    a
    1
    quart microwave safe casserole combine sprouts and water.
    Microcook covered
    on
    100% power (High) 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Let stand, covered, while preparing garlic butter.
