German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 stick margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread nuts and coconut in pan evenly first.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Next melt margarine and mix with cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spoon over mixutre and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
