Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. mixed vegetables (16 oz.)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. Town House crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Cook and drain vegetables.
Mix vegetables with all the ingredients, except the crackers and margarine.
Pour mixture into a cooking dish and spread out evenly in the dish.
