Pastry Tube Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine everything.
Mix on slow speed with hand mixer until smooth.
Do not beat.
Food coloring may be added for desired color.
Frosts a 9 x 13-inch cake or 24 cupcakes.
