Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Cook the first 4 ingredients until clear.
Add the Jell-O and cool.
Line a 9-inch baked crust with the cream cheese and sugar. Top with fresh whole strawberries to fill pie shell. Top with glaze and refrigerate.
