Chicken Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 jumbo shells, cooked, drained and cooled
    2 c. cottage cheese
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 egg whites
    12 oz. shredded cooked chicken
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. minced dry onion
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    meatless spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except sauce; stuff shells with chicken mixture.
    Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of baking dish.
    Place desired number of shells open side down in single layer.
    Cover with sauce (1/3 cup per 3 shells).
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Freeze remaining unsauced shells.
