Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon.
Combine next 6 ingredients.
Mix and chill for several hours.
Combine parsley and pecans.
Shape salmon mixture into 8 x 2-inch log.
Roll in nuts and parsley. Chill.
Serve with crackers.
