Breakfast Tomorrow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread (remove crust and cube)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
6 eggs, beaten
1 pt. half and half
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Butter 11 x 9-inch glass pan.
Place cubes of bread in dish. Cover with cooked sausage.
Beat the eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, then pour over the sausage and bread.
Top with cheese. Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
