No-Peek Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive or regular oil
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
    Drain. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic and soup mix.
    Cover.
    Simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over hot noodles. Yields 6 servings.
