Classic Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Butter six custard cups.
    Combine flour and salt. Beat eggs and milk together and blend into flour until smooth.
    Pour into cups and bake 30-35 minutes.
    Run a knife around the cup edge to loosen. Cool 5 minutes, then remove.
