Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water to cover for 20 to 25 minutes, until fork-tender.
    Let cool to touch.
    Peel and slice crosswise.
    Place in casserole in overlapping rows.
    Put the next 8 ingredients in saucepan.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Pour over sweet potatoes.
    Let marinate a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
