Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 stick oleo (1/2 c.) or butter
Preparation
    Cook sugar, butter and salt over medium heat until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Cook five minutes at a lower temperature, stirring occasionally.
    Put popcorn in large container.
    Pour sugar and butter mixture over popcorn.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Spread popcorn into two cookie sheets.
    Bake for 1 hour in 250\u00b0 oven.
    Break apart and put in airtight container.
