Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 c. rhubarb (raw)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients, blending in the butter with a pastry cutter.
    Put half in bottom of pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients; put over the flour mixture.
    Put the other half of flour mixture on top of that.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
