Skillet Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
4 large potatoes
1 small onion
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. diced cheese
2 c. diced, cooked ham
chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Add thinly sliced potatoes and chopped onion.
Stir to coat potatoes with butter.
Add milk and seasonings.
Sprinkle cheese and ham over top.
Cover; bring to a boil.
Lower heat to gently simmer for about 40 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 4 to 6.
