Not Too Fattening Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. bouillon
    3 c. crumbled whole wheat pita bread
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. tarragon or sage
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    pinch of nutmeg
    3/4 c. egg substitute or egg white
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in bouillon.
    Add bread.
    Combine parsley, celery and seasonings.
    Add to bouillon.
    Moisten with egg; add sliced mushrooms.
    Makes four 1/2 cup or six 3/4 cup servings; 80 calories per serving.
