Greek Pita Bread Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin steak (1-inch thick), cut into strips
1/2 c. dry red wine
2 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

Combine wine, oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Marinate steak strips, covered, overnight in refrigerator.
Drain meat.
Cook in melted butter.
Fill pita bread pockets with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, sour cream and parsley.
