Green Beans Almondine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans green beans
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook beans in own liquid about 30 minutes, drain.
Meanwhile, cook almonds in butter over low heat until golden, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Pour over hot beans.
Makes 7 to 8 servings.
