Surprise Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 pkg. spinach souffle
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    3/4 c. grated cheese (any kind)
    3/4 c. cooked, crumbled sausage
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Thaw spinach about 2 to 3 hours.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Add 1/2 cup cheese and mix.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
