Potato And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and cut in small pieces
    2 or 3 eggs
    bit of salt
Preparation
    Potatoes peeled and cut in small pieces.
    Fry them just like you do when you make fried potatoes.
    Once they are fried, place them on a dish and take most of the oil out of the frypan.
    Now take eggs and mix them good and you can add a bit of salt.
    Put the potatoes back in the frypan and pour the mixed eggs over the potatoes.
    Once it browns on one side, turn and cook other side. When you are frying the potatoes when they are almost done, you can put some diced up onion in too, that is if you like onion.
    You can also add some grated cheese to the eggs.
