Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized potatoes
    8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins; drain, slice thin and set aside. Pan-fry bacon; add onion.
    Saute until brown.
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper; stir in vinegar and water.
    Add to bacon mixture gradually and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add celery seed and potatoes and heat thoroughly over low heat. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
