Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. semi-sweet dark chocolate
6 to 12 whole strawberries

Preparation

Melt the chocolate slowly in a double boiler, taking care to keep it from getting too hot.
Choose berries with the stems intact.
Rinse berries and drain to remove any trace of moisture.
