Oven-Fried Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place soy sauce in shallow dish; add chicken, turning to coat. Remove chicken; discard soy sauce.
    Combine sesame seed, flour and pepper in huge Ziploc plastic bag.
    Add chicken all at once to bag. Shake to coat.
    Spray baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Place chicken in baking dish.
    Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
