Cream Soup Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. instant reduced sodium chicken or beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients using blender or food processor. Store in an airtight container.
