Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potato slices until crisp-tender.
    Place slices in greased casserole (2-quart).
    Mix all remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or 45 minutes at 1 hour.
