Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 3 cans small beets or more
2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Boil vinegar, etc., together and pour over warmed beets.
Put in prepared jars and seal airtight.
