Icebox Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. pecans
    10 eggs, separated
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks, one at a time.
    Add pineapple and pecans (drain pineapple well).
    Whip egg whites real stiff.
    Fold in mixture slowly.
    Stack with whole graham crackers (for bottom, middle and top layer).
    Refrigerate overnight.
