Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 c. seasoned bread stuffing (not the cubes, I use \"Giant's\" herb seasoned)
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter or margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Accent food enhancer
Preparation
    Mix together; shape into balls (I find it helpful to let it sit for a while before trying to roll into balls), and freeze. Bake frozen at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    (Does not do well in the microwave.)
