Praline Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves French bread (24 oz.), cubed
    2 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 large eggs, blended
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, add first 6 ingredients and blend well.
    Saute the pecans in melted butter for 5 minutes.
    When cooled down, add to bread mixture.
    Place bread mixture in a lightly buttered (or spray oil) pan in a 9 x 12-inch oblong cake pan (metal or Corning Ware).
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for one hour (individual souffle dishes optional).
    Serves 16.
