Lebkuchens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. molasses
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 nutmeg, grated
    1 c. butter or lard
    1 pt. sour cream or buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    flour (enough to roll, 3 qt. all-purpose flour)
Preparation
    Roll 1/2-inch thick and cut into rectangular shapes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
