Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    peanuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and corn syrup (at 375\u00b0) or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
    Stir in peanuts and salt until brown. Remove from heat.
    Quickly stir in margarine and soda (brittle will foam).
    Spread evenly into pan.
    Cool and break into pieces.
