Creamy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (4 medium) potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onion in 1 1/2-quart microwave casserole. Combine soup and milk in 2-cup glass measure.
    Cook in microwave 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until it starts boiling. Add salt and pepper and dots of butter to potatoes.
    Spread soup over top. Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
