Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn muffins (2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix)
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 tomato
    1 green bell pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    4 to 6 celery stalks
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake corn muffins according to directions and set aside to cool. Fry bacon and crumble into bowl. Chop finely the tomato, bell pepper, onion and celery stalks and add to bacon. Mix in salad dressing, salt and pepper. Crumble in corn muffins and continue to stir until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Serve immediately.
