Chuck Roast In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. beef broth
1 medium onion
3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
garlic powder to taste
Preparation
-
Marinade meat with first 3 ingredients in shallow dish for 8 hours.
Remove meat and mix marinade with all other ingredients. Pour over roast.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until tender.
