Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed pears, canned
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs and beat.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately to creamed mixture with pears.
Add raisins and walnuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
