Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
7 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. cornmeal
2 well beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening or 1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, except cornmeal.
Add cornmeal; combine egg, milk and shortening.
Stir.
Bake 25 minutes at 450\u00b0.
