Favorite Meat Loaf(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 slices bread, finely crumbled
    2 medium eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    tomato sauce (spread on top before baking)
Preparation
    Dissolve beef bouillon cube in boiling water in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients except tomato sauce and blend well. Bake on a rack in a baking pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
