Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 scant c. quick oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted Blue Bonnet spread
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix until crumbly the first 5 ingredients.
    Press half of the crumbs into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover with 4 cups diced rhubarb.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
