Pumpkin Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1-1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a bowl sift or mix together well the first 6 ingredients. Set aside.
    In a separate large bowl beat together the remaining ingredients.
    Gradually add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and beat well.
    Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
    Pour batter into the dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool pan on a wire rack.
    Cool completely before frosting with whipped topping or your favorite frosting.
