Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks oleo, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over batter. Pour melted oleo over cake mix. Top with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Better to overbake, than underbake. Serve with whipped cream.
