Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar, beaten egg yolks and salt together in pan.
    Stir in water, mixing until smooth.
    Cook until smooth and until it thickens.
    Add butter, lemon rind and juice; pour into pie shell.
