Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. boiled rice
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut
    cabbage as you would to smother and boil in salted water until
    tender,
    but still green.
    Drain and reserve the liquid. Melt
    the
    margarine in a deep skillet and fry ground meat\twith onions,
    garlic
    and
    seasonings until brown.
    Mix cabbage\twith the meat, adding mushroom soup, green onion tops and
    boiled rice.
    Pour
    onto
    greased baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and
    bake
    for 20 to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Before baking, if
    you think it is too dry, you can then add some of the
    water
    from the boiled cabbage or another can of mushroom soup.
