Pul-Ku Kee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless sirloin (beef)
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, browned slightly in a skillet
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 small scallions, sliced
    1/2 c. sesame oil or to taste
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/8 to 1/4 garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place sirloin in the freezer until slightly frozen.
    Slice diagonally across the grain, paper thin.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the meat.
    Marinate overnight. Put slices on a broiler pan.
    Broil 1 to 2 minutes; do not turn.
