Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    In an 8 x 4-inch glass baking pan, combine the ground beef, milk, egg, soup mix and salt.
    Mix well (mixture will be very moist).
    Press evenly in pan.
    Combine the brown sugar, mustard and catsup; spoon and spread over top of meat.
    Cook, covered with wax paper, 8 minutes or until center is done.
    Let stand, covered with the wax paper, for 5 minutes to finish cooking.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
